Once services are rendered, all sales are final, including Getting Started packages and Maintenance Subscriptions.

By purchasing a Getting Started package, you confirm that you have a web-hosting account that meets minimum requirements.

If, upon purchase of services, installation cannot be completed due to lack of web-hosting account or failure of your web-hosting account to meet minimum requirements, a partial refund may be offered at the sole discretion of WP TurnKey.

If, upon purchase of services, installation cannot be completed even though your web-hosting account meets minimum requirements, WP TurnKey will offer a full refund.
