Services provided by WP TurnKey require clients to disclose personally and potentially personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: email address, web hosting account credentials (username and password), FTP credentials, SQL database credentials, and WordPress credentials.

How This Information Is Used

WP TurnKey uses such information solely for the purpose of rendering services purchased by clients. This information is held in the strictest confidence, and WP TurnKey and will never sell to or share with others any such information provided by clients. Further, WP TurnKey does not store such information in any publicly accessible location, in order to minimize the likelihood of unauthorized access to this information.

Retention of Personally Identifiable Information

For clients who purchase a Getting Started package without an annual Maintenance Subscription, WP TurnKey will not retain this information beyond the time required to render services. Once services have been rendered, W TurnKey will discard this information.

However, for clients who purchase an annual Maintenance Subscription, WP TurnKey will retain this information for the duration of the subscription period. Upon discontinuance from the Maintenance Subscription and expiration of the subscription period, WP TurnKey will discard this information.

WP TurnKey will take every reasonable measure to ensure the security of this information. By your purchase of WP TurnKey services, you express your agreement and understanding that WP TurnKey shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of the loss or disclosure of personally or potentially personally identifiable information required for rendering of services purchased.
