What are the web-hosting account minimum requirements?

WordPress requires a web-hosting account with minimum requirements for PHP and MySQL.  WP TurnKey services require a registered domain name and a server with PHP 5.x. If your server meets current minimum requirements for WordPress, but does not have PHP 5.x, you can purchase WP TurnKey services, at your own risk.

I don’t have a web-hosting account and/or a registered domain name. Where can I get one?

WP TurnKey recommends WPWebHost.

How long will it take to setup my web site?

Getting Started packages usually require one to two business days to complete.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All purchases are handled through PayPal. Therefore, all forms of payment accepted by PayPal are accepted.

What information is required to setup my web site?

For all Getting Started packages, you will need to provide:

• A working email address
• Title for your web site
• Tagline/Description for your web site
• Web Host Account information (URL, username, password)
• FTP server name, username, password
• wordpress.com username/password (for Akismet/Stats plugin setup)

For Advanced Getting Started packages, you will need to provide:

• Facebook username
• Twitter username

Does WP TurnKey offer custom plugin/theme development, or other services?

Not currently. However, feel free to contact WP TurnKey to inquire about quotes for custom work.
